Boulder Mountain Guest Ranch completely remodeled its cabins in 2017. These updated cabins provide the illusion of being out in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by lush, verdant vegetation while the main lodge is only 300 feet away. Each cabin includes a private deck, full kitchen and private parking. These cabins are perfect for longer stays as reservations require a minimum of two nights.
2. The Lodge at Bryce Canyon
Location: Bryce Canyon National Park
The Lodge at Bryce Canyon is the only hotel available inside the boundaries of Bryce Canyon National Park. Open beams, pine walls and gas fireplaces give the cabins a rustic vibe. Each cabin comes with a number of amenities, like queen beds, a semi-private porch, a microwave and a mini-fridge. If you want to be in one of the most breathtaking landscapes imaginable and as close as possible to the red-rock hoodoos, then these cabins are what you need.
3. Bryce Canyon Villas
Location: Cannonville
Bryce Canyon Villas offers five newly-decorated cabins that are just outside of Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument. Each cabin includes a private porch, a grill, an outside fire pit, a mini-kitchen and a place to shake off city life. Two of the cabins have king-size beds while the rest are furnished with queen-size. The cabins provide easy access to outdoor activities and adventures.
4. Slot Canyon Inn
Location: Escalante
Slot Canyon Inn provides history buffs with a historical cabin to rent. The cabin was originally built by pioneer Isaac Riddle in 1889 and in the 1960s, Amanda Blake of Gunsmoke fame spent her honeymoon here after it was purchased by her then-husband, Jason Day. The cabin sleeps six to seven in three queen beds and one hide-a-bed. The cabin features all the comforts of home for those days and nights when you want to stay in and enjoy the quiet. Expect a TV, DVD player, washer and dryer and a full-size kitchen with a dining area. Staying a minimum of two nights is required, which gives you the opportunity to self-administer some well-deserved rest and relaxation.
5. Mountain Ridge Cabins and Lodging
Location: Hatch
Mountain Ridge Cabins and Lodging has 16 new cabins that provide easy access to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Visitors can explore the park during the day with all the comforts of home at night. The cabins feature either two queen-size beds or a king-size bed along with a microwave, a fridge, a covered deck and more. Wi-Fi and DirecTV are available if you don’t want to be completely isolated.
6. Cottonwood Meadow
Location: Panguitch
Cottonwood Meadow will take you back in time with its one log cabin. Built in 1860, this historic cabin has been upgraded with a gas fireplace for the cool, spring nights, a loft for sleeping, a full kitchen and a lot of secluded, outdoor space. Best of all, you will have amazing views from the comfort of your large front porch.
7. Blue Springs Lodge
Location: Panguitch Lake
Blue Springs Lodge is located in the mountains by Panguitch Lake with six cabins available to rent. A maximum of six adults and two children can be lodged in each cabin. The lodgings are fully furnished to include three queen beds, a sleeper sofa and feature a full kitchen. If you want to witness the awakening of spring, then these cabins are just what you need.
8. Bryce Canyon Country Cabins
Location: Tropic
Bryce Canyon Country Cabins is on 20 acres of farmland that provides the choice of exploring national and state parks, interacting with your inner thoughts, or simply doing nothing. Various cabin sizes and options are available, with something for families of almost every size. All the cabins feature Wi-Fi, outdoor grills, cable TV, a kitchen and more.
9. Stone Canyon Inn
Location: Tropic
Stone Canyon Inn provides a variety of cabins with amazing views of Bryce Canyon National Park without the crowds. Each cabin sleeps up to six people. Cabins also feature a full kitchen and a hot tub all to yourself on a private deck. The cabins are on 80 acres of land, so you’ll feel like you’re out on a rustic adventure.
