Bryce Canyon Backcountry Permits Moving to Recreation.gov

Beginning December 1st, overnight visitors to Bryce Canyon’s backcountry areas will be able to reserve permits for peak season trips up to three months in advance using the website Recreation.gov. This will replace the old system, by which permits were only issued in-person, up to 48 hours in advance.
