We booked 2 rooms at this property. Good location at the end of main road and very close to Bryce Canyon. Room is basic with a fridge in the walk in closet/bathroom. Carpet in my room seems to have been replaced recently. But my friend’s room has old carpet and a musky smell. AC was quite noisy. Continental breakfast at the front office was included and has a good selection. Overall, not a bad choice
